Before I learned dispensationalism I was always so confused and conflicted. After studying dispensationalism, reading things like the Scofield Reference Bible, Clarence Larkin, now it’s so clear, and I have such peace.

Another thing about the ancient manuscripts is the scholars insist that the Alexandrian Greek MSS are the oldest and therefore the closest to the original writings compared to the MSS that are the sources for the Received Text [Textus Receptus] which underpins the KJV. However, they purposefully ignore that there are even older MSS than the Alexandrian texts, it's just that they are not written in Greek. Old Syriac and Old Italic are even older than the Alexandrian texts. So if they want to argue that the oldest must be the closest to the originals, by their own logic the even older Italic and Syriac must be even closer to the original. And which New Testament do these support? They support the Received Text and therefore the KJV.
