You can throw the data on an event hub and let the consumer app grab it.

What if I want to write 50 hashtags but I want to extract the tweets in an "OR" fashion. i.e. if any of the 50 hashtags is present in the tweet, it should be captured. Any suggestions pleasE?

That should be easy and possible as logic apps is IFTT based.
