This almost made me cry! These are my exact thoughts of this team as well and you put it so well, F1stzz (love that name, lol!). It´s hard even losing a faceit level 3 for me so I cant imagine what it is in the absolute top echelon of the game after it being so close and you feel like you didn´t contribute as you usually do individually. Karrigan is INSTRUMENTAL to the teams success and no one can IGL like him when put in tough situations like with the illness of this event so far, something he proves time and time and time again. You can also hear in this video that the team chemistry is BANGIN and the players are in their comfort zones with each other under Karrigans leadership. As a 35 year old hotel manager, managing 30-50 different people from different backgrounds, it is incredibly important to go in front as a good example; to take the shit roles/job when needed, to help everyone understand their job better and to make people WANT to come back to work the next day. My staff is everything for me and its really important to build their confidence and their knowledge, in all departments of the business. I feel like its the same with Karrigan. He takes his job very seriously and want to improve both himself and his players as a team. Karrigan; we all have our bad days or off performances, weak moments or something personal affecting us that others can´t see, like the worries of real life. Who cares, when in the end of the day you know you are working towards a greater goal. I love hearing the casters/analysts/twitch chat say that you have limited time left for staying on top because of age. It makes me laugh a bit, because you just keep proving them wrong more than often. I´ll repeat whats already been said: Don´t you fucking dare to let this little off-performance individually tear down your confidence and undeniable talent for the game. Use it as fuel to call and play an even sicker game next time you meet in Spodek arena. Now go DESTROY them, the HERO of Faze!

if karrigan can just frag at an average level for an IGL this is a title contending team. 8 kills or whatever in regulation on mirage vs navi really cost you guys the series- but it was a great game nonetheless

On average a pretty good event from karrigan individually. Playing against Navi in their current form probably demands a lot from an IGL. This was a one off series, something every player experiences once in a while. Don't underestimate the value of a super strong caller like karrigan.
