I have a terrible secret. I was watching this, and I got up before the recipe book and sat back down after. I typed in chat "are we gonna see the recipe book" cause I didn't know if they did that. I think rorie read it. I think rorie, in trying to help me, did this. I think I am responsible for this.

I think it's a symptom of being completely secure with himself and the way he does things. It's hilarious (and sometimes hilariously annoying) but it's genuine. He's not trolling, as some in the comments believe, that's just him.
