Back in old London town when we your young our parents would send us to college gigs to see Rory and his boys and get the education to last us a life time from this MASTER, been in his classroom was the very best thing, we came away knowing things which we have used all through our lives. When you have some spare time click on to KZbin and watch this human hurricane in action, The Master Musician Rory Gallagher and his boys going to town at full speed. There never was/is and never will be anyone like the great Rory.

I realized I'm a much better bass player than guitar player, especially given that it is of necessity a small side gig. But I will pick a Rory song and just listen to different versions all day while I work, absorbing the guitar, bass, and drums, and the interplay. It's both helped and been an amazing, joyful journey. I really look forward to seeing Rory one day on the other side!
