When the UK sees people like Diane Abbott (and many others) who has been paid for decades to be a shockingly ineffective and demonstrably-ignorant-in-almost-every-disastrous-interview-she-gives career politician, it's hard to see a positive route forward. Any Afghan girl mid-twenties and under will have no idea of what it used to be like when the Taliban were last in power. We can only hope it doesn't return to how it was.

British people will love Christmas without a Turkey thats in France for some reason. We Got Beef, Lamb, Game. Best cheese best cider, Loads of fish, crab. By the way Froggy, Britain is no longer in the EU. I hear Insulate Britain is now setting up training camps in Helmand. The Vegans have upset the Taliban welcoming party though.

About 8 years ago my family had extremely emotional moment around our Christmas Turkey lunch. "It's nice....but it's not as good as Beef" And Lo, from that Christmas onwards we have Turkey Stuffing and Cranberry sauce sandwiches on Christmas Eve when we come back from the pub, and a Fore Rib of Local Roast Beef on Christmas Day. And yes Yorkshire puddings.

Turkey over rated IMO too bland and usually dry. Much prefer lamb with parsnips, Yorkshire puddings etc but with sweetcorn and defo NO swede NOR Brussel Sprouts either! Can't stand Xmas puddings so syrup sponge pudding with custard preferable.

When you have one of the few operating businesses since the start of the pandemic failed to pay its corporation taxes in addition to the breaching the price fixing law, meaning them loosing the Operating license in the UK and in any other country worldwide, is this not something that is meant to raise politicians concern about the ongoing fraud ? No point discussing Afghanistan if you cannot help them financially to main the security and by Not tackling the ongoing foreign investors fraud within the UK this mean you are building on a rotten base and you are making it harder to actually make the difference. So are you willing to tackle this issue in order to be help raise the fund needed and actually make an impact ?
