I have seen all of Bruno' s performances, you can definitely tell the diff between the official songs of him and the live like hitting a note which is diff from the official audio which he does on purpose (For ex hear 'die with a smile' official audio and the performance, you will def know the diff)... Hear, well you can't... It's like the official audio was played once again with just the singers dancing on the stage... You can clearly see at 1:26 that rose forgot to 'act' like she was singing and when realised she put it close to her mouth, and even when she apparently started singing, it made no diff... And also b/w 1:50-1:55, idk if you realise it or not that 'am on my waayyyyy' is a pretty high note, and you need stability for that which rose def did not realise and acted like she was singing any other note... No amount of practice can get you to the point you sing such high notes dancing all around the stage, laughing and interacting with other band mates (I can only think of BTS as an example right now, i am not an army but def saw some of their performances and even after years of practice you need stability to sing these notes) ... Any Bruno fan can tell that it's def not him singing live and idk how rose pulled it of... It was a very very clean escape... Not hating on anyone, their voices are incredible and wished they could show it off... This comment is just meant for awareness, i hope you understand that and will expect you to not blindly call me a hater 🙂🙂

@@jimlthor that is her real vocals. Idols train hard for years and are really fit. It’s all in their breathing. They learn how to breathe while performing dance choreography and sing at the same time. It’s no easy feat. Some are good at it and some aren’t

More k-pop groups need to do this. You can tell that the artistic freedom to work with whoever she wants, sing whatever genre she wants, and write whatever she wants has been incredible for ROSÉ. I'm strongly doubtful her management under YG entertainment would have given her the same lattitude to wear baggy clothes and happily bounce up and down singing rock with bruno mars.

Muchos grupos o artistas de kpop tienen coreografías muy complejas y difíciles, y les exiges que canten en vivo? ¿Por qué no le exiges que canten en vivo a los cantantes urbanos que usan auto tone y ni saben cantar, cantan horrible y hacen playback. A ellos no les reclaman. Pero sí a los artistas coreanos les critican mucho. Se olvidan que ellos también son seres humanos! ¿Acaso ustedes pueden cantar en vivo mientras bailan durante 1 o horas de espectáculo? No pueden. Y si tratarán de hacerlo se desmayan. Los artistas de kpop se esfuerzan demasiado en cumplir con los estándares de apariencia y calidad. Comen muy poco y lo suficiente para mantenerse en pie. Van al GYM constantemente. Bailan 6, 8 o más horas diarias. Estudian idiomas constantemente. Tardan 2 horas o más con los estilistas y maquilladores cada vez que tienen que cantar en shows o TV. Además muchos estudias carreras universitarias online, además de ser artistas. Apenas duermen lo mínimo cada día. La mayoría de veces duermen muy poco. No tienen tiempo casi para juntarse con sus familias y amigos. Tampoco tienen mucho tiempo para tener pareja. Y sí las tienen, sus parejas se aburren porqué no los pueden ver mucho. A veces se han desmayado o caído de cansancio y aún así los vienen a recriminar porqué no cantan siempre en vivo? Se pasan, lo siento. Me cabrean.

Rosé and Bruno Mars were the main event of MAMA 2024 (argue with the wall if u don't agree). Without any flashy clothes, flashy backgrounds, loud backtrack, bone breaking choreography they turned the award show to their very own concert. It's hard to find this kinda performance in kpop specially nowadays. The mics were on and they sang their heart out. I loved how the performers and audience both were having so much fun. Just excellent performers and their excellence performance and not to mention, their chemistry was chemistrying. MAMA is blessed to have these two this year ♡
