If you focus on the nails, it was Rosie who messed with the skateboard since she has black nails. The Ex messed with her car and let air out of his own bike tire to orchestrate their meeting

they were both doing it which is mirrored by the lyrics rosé messed with the skateboard he messed with his bike and her car, she knocked his head in, he messed with her car. 'we were toxic...' 'honeslty impressive you had me particiapting' of course it was most likely metaphohes not an actually physically violent. like the tiffany rings rosé has said was a metaphor the important part was 'wasted my prettiest years' and yes the whole album centers around her relationship with one toxic ex 'the ex' she's talked about it at length in interviews. (except number one girl of course if you know you know she's talked about it enough the inspiration for that one far from a love song)
