@@mammothmk3355 Medical's on that and Natalya's the one person in the Council who's both self-aware of their various psychological issues _and_ relatively willing to speak candidly to Rhodes staff. However her conversation with Sonya was an important psychological watershed because it was someone who she had implicit trust in (what with owing her life to her several times over) and felt could personally relate (as a fellow leader troubled by what she did in that role), and who wouldn't sugarcoat anything, assuring her that she's not as irredeemable as she thinks and should keep on living so she can figure out the rest in due time. Also roundaboutly indicated that however the rest of the council might _feel_ about her she's nevertheless part of the group and they won't turn their backs to her. Natalya seemed to find this quite the relief (and promptly went back to messing with Sonya over drinks). _Hypocrisy_ is probably one of the most emotionally charged story pieces in the game so far - even among the _Ursus_ ones - and particularly interesting because it essentially plays out like a _confessional._
