We all know Rosa Mendes wasn't the greatest in the ring but her personality is amazing as a human being, very genuine & she seems sweet that I felt embarrassed for her. I feel like the fanbase as a whole needs to give people that aren't the best some slack because no matter how hard someone tries they won't manage to perfect it all the way which is absolutely fine. I think they should've given Rosa a non-wrestling til she got to the point of being a decent competitor, sometimes I feel like she was exposed for failure in some ways however she will forever be peligrosa & memorable in women's wrestling!

I rarely comment on videos in general, and I'm new to this channel (hi!), but watching this made me tear up towards the end. She is such a kind soul. I remember meeting her at WrestleMania Axxess back in 2013 (with Epico and Primo). I brought some artwork for her but as I approached the stage (it was a photo-op), I was told I couldn't give her anything and absolutely couldn't get anything signed. The staff was really cold and I felt so guilty for even bringing something (it was my first backstage event and I had no clue we couldn't bring things), and it felt even more like a slap in the face that I couldn't gift them with something I created by hand (as opposed to getting a typical 8x10 signed, you know?). I was so embarrassed from the way the staff treated me that I was trying to hold back tears in our photo, and I tried to get out of there as fast I could. Rosa stopped the photo-op and followed me off the stage, gave me a huge hug and apologized for the way the staff had acted. I kept apologizing because I didn't want to get her in trouble or waste anyone's time, and I was feeling anxious for having her full attention. This woman was so kind and gracious. She not only thanked me for my artwork, but promised me she would sign it and send it back to me. She kept her promise! I absolutely adore her. She is so humble, so sweet, and an all around stand-up woman. I will always go to bat for her.
