Rosa’s 4th Birthday! Poppy’s In Hospital… *EMOTIONAL*

This has been one of the toughest week's in a long time. It was very emotional not having Poppy with us all for Rosa's birthday but we're so thankful to have her back home. Thank you all so much for your kind words and support! ❤️
