I just saw this video today, and it is so amazing! A beautiful song, Rosas Pandan is one of my favorite Cebuano songs. Cebu City was the first capital of the Philippines and it has produced great singers (Pilita Corales, Novo Bono, etc.). I was born and raised in Cebu City, and I kept listening to this song and others while in university. While driving in the highways of Toronto, my wife sings Cebuano songs to keep me awake! I confirm that "Nagtan-aw Kang Inday" is the correct phrase - which means the boys are watching Inday dance and sign, while their saliva is drooling from their mouth.

“Nagtan-aw KANG Inday” is the correct sentence. When you say “nagtan-aw SI Inday”, you are changing the story that Inday is the one lusting after Dodong and not the other way around.
