Whatever shortcomings Xiong Er might have been perceived to have, shyness/nervousness/awkwardness in front of the camera (not everyone lives for public attention and loves the limelight) he has the support of his family and extended family and they're there, welcoming his wife. Xiong Er will treat Rosa well because his family members have accepted her. Rosa's already demonstrating her willingness to learn the language. She's more articulate and though her English fluency and proficiency is not the same as a native English speaker, she may still be able to contribute to a Chinese kid in the rural area with a good grasp of the English language. i believe he is, we don't know how many match makers there are in china, because WE are all watching from KZbin, not chinese social media. BUT after watching many couples setup by this guy, i think he's good guidance, cause 2 of his clients had over expectations for themselves in getting hot women, but they were old men, or ugly men, and the match maker said, do not try to get women who are TOO MUCH out of your league, cause she will get too much attention in china and then act too good for you, he told the men to find a woman for love, not only for beauty.
