one thing Ive noticed is that respanws are taken more and more seriouly and giving actual lore/immersive placements rather than just existing for the sake of existing (Vardo had British players respawn as the HMS Undaunted crew, and here as well the group of players spawning actually play into to the lore of the map with dialogue and interactions

Before this gameplay my idea of the map was the frenchies making his way across as well as the british, and finding each other in some point of the map, and like, having the option of work together or just kill each other in the moment, as well as leave each other alone, having to do different objectives but finding each other at the very end of the map with their own ship, having the option again of fight against each other or against the canibals, having some kind of combat like blood and iron. Anyways this is HUGE and i really really like of this map is looking

Since everyone is ranting, I will also join this trend... There is some inconsistency between the English and French dialogue. For instance, when one character spoke in French, it was translated into English, but when the diplomat spoke in French, it wasn't translated. Anyway, I love this new map! It’s like a Frankenstein of all the maps they made. As for the new features, I really hope the next map focuses on the Swedish because they’re being neglected right now. I know they revamped them and all, but it’s still not enough! As for items, I hope they add a new hammer for sappers and more instruments for musicians. I know I’m setting my expectations a bit too high, but I believe they can do it. I’m not even asking for it to be added right away-it can come in the future, you know? 👻 Anyway, that’s my rant. Part 1 You are American allies been sent you to roscoff, when you arrived at roscoff port through the town and climb the barricade wall, clear out the horde, make your headway to door, the doors has been closed with wood planks, used the anchor to smash doors until is opened, once the doors is opened. Make your way through alley, suddenly there is cartridge block your way in alley, you must go to left your side and pulled it the cartridge with your hands and others. Once is done, through the chruch. all you see a dead corpse French, British and others. Fellow American try open the doors church , it won't budget, somebody inside in church, the spoke Frenchman said"Get out! I won't let you in the church" America said "let's us in!" the Frenchman refused and he will start alert the bell make the horde of undead came here, all Americans must prepare for their life. To be continued... like more for part 2 in 30 likes Part 2 all the horde of undead been wipe out by American allies, one American try push harder through the doors of church. The door has been opened it and everyone must get inside b4 horde is coming again. The Frenchman said" Wait!, if you want konw to where the diplomat is, I give to someone but you'll never find him! Once they reach, the path is been barricade by logs, but the horde is coming soon, one officer asking citizen to climb the wooden plank for safety, and all American must prepare for horde of undead while others collect salvage gunpowder from around field and dig a huge hole, when they done collect it and gather the gunpowder they blast a fire with musket, and ask the diplomat guy to get down, make your way through the blacksmith and meet a alive soldier, they open the door to downstairs to make your way a Graveyards to find shed, Unbar the wooden plank and take the ladder climb to the wall, you almost there to the dock, they must deal the horde of undead until is clear and walk a sand over step by the rocks, climb the ladder to get ship, but we must tell diplomat guy climb on rope for safety, they ready to take off and unmoor the dock, set the sail, and haul up the halyard using the capstan to speed up. but this isn't over yet. all horde of undead started climb the ship, whlie they move capstan they fighting with melee and muskets against cannibals, until all get rid of stragglers, Once is over, they survived with the diplomat. and going back home their land... The End 🇺🇸

And also confirmed to be infected/dead at the time of this map. And also he had the setting to show corpses you kill off

Roscoff map is surprisingly good (expect it becomes second Copenhagen) but I don't like these thing: 1. Burning scream when being tackled down by a runner: It makes no sense as the scream that made when tackled down by runners is already loud enough and people always stick together (except some cases) plus people can use "Help" callout to call for help (However, some are pretty quite like British and German ones while French and Russian are pretty loud enough for people to hear) 2. New Yankee Doodle: I prefer the old one as the new one felt off to me as I want Yankee Doodle to be fast so it sounds fun. That is all my rants about things I don't like, overall the update is very good and I'm excited to see it
