"Realistic" doesn't always mean "better." Also a lot of SynthV users (not saying LuvP does this) just let the program do the tuning for them instead of doing it themselves to make it actually sound good. To me, this comment feels like those AI-bros saying that AI art is better than a real artist.

@@orangeismyfavoritecolor I've started listening to vocaloid way more when they got better. SynthV is when it got good. The entire point of it is so people who are talented composers can create great vocals for their songs without having to sing. That was always the main reason to use it. And views of vocaloid artists always increase when they hire real singers or sing it themselves compared to the original. Rose SynthV makes that "real singer" step almost unnecessary and that's a good thing in my book.

​@@igeljaegera *lot* of vocaloid fans like vocaloid music mostly because it doesn't sound exactly like a human singing. the vast majority of utau fans like utau music mostly because it doesn't sound exactly like a human singing. the point of vocaloid is to synthesize vocals, but there isn't one right way to do that, kinda like you're supposedly meant to play a guitar by plucking the strings but you can use a bow if you want, or hit the strings with a stick if you're silly enough. if you want your vocal synths to sound exactly like a real human, all power to you, but the fact you like it doesn't mean it ought to be this way and only this way.
