My dog turns his little brown nose up at his good quality dry dog food. In the evening we mix it with either something we cooked plain for him or a portion from a decent canned dog food. But in the mornings he won’t eat then begs for treats all day while I am working. We tried canned mixing but it is hit or miss. I bought the smallest meat and gravy baby food. 2 spoonfuls of it in the dry food and he chows down on that dry food like it is amazing!

My dog has a weight issue . We have done the best and she’s healthy . The vet says she’s doing great . I don’t let the comments about my dog make me feel bad . My dog has lost 10 pounds but she’s 13 years old husky it’s not realistic for people to think she’s going to be thin at such an old age or if they have Chronic illness . I have disability called ibs . My weight changes . I go in for regular check ups . I’ve been thin and sooo unhealthy! Weight isn’t always directly tied to health . I’m healthier now that I’m not thin .
