I think they made a huuuuge mistake with the advertising of the movie. They concentrated too much on the teenager part like it was a highschool movie when in fact it is fantasy and the topic of the books is so serious. If they would have advertised it like Sabrina and made it a bit darker it would have been a damn hit. I miss Rose and Dimitri.

I agree. The writers didn’t even look at the theme of the book. The movie theme is a teen high school comedy whereas the books are dramatic and serious. They didn’t have enough time in the movie to show both the comedy and the seriousness that’s in the books. I’m glad we are getting a tv series now though, but sad that Danila, Dominic Sherwood, Cameron Monaghan and Zoey won’t be in it even though I am very excited for Kieron, Sisi and Daniela

that’s what I was thinking as well… if they hadn’t made it so corny. The books are so good and there’s so much more to it than the movie portrayed . And while the actors were amazing for the role I also don’t think the movie took their relationship as serious as it was in the book if that makes sense. They talked a lot in the books, I feel like they didn’t enough screen time 😂

0:27 Dimitri realised that Rose was touching him, he probably wanted that moment to last forever. Plus, I don't think Rose and Dimitri really needed a magic charm to get them to get it on. If Lissa wasn't kidnapped and Rose still went to his room and did and said all that stuff I believe that he would've complied. Of course he wouldn't have sex with her but he still would've made out with her.
