Rose Gold Mandala Tutorial Using DecoArt Dazzling Metallics

This mandala painting turned out so well. These colors are so striking and soft and feminine. This was the number one color that I received requests for this year. Rose Gold! I've used Treasure Gold's Rose Gold but this is my first bottle of DecoArt Dazzling Metallics Rose Gold. I had so much fun just sitting down and pretending you all weren't watching. I'm really hoping this goes over well because it's truly the way I love to paint. So random and puzzle like. Let me know what you think! I love the alternating brush swooshes in the middle, and how you manages the different leaf shapes towards the edges. Good reminder that not everything needs to be symmetrical to be balanced. Great color scheme also, so I’ve got lots of great ideas now!

This is beautiful. My eye keeps going right straight to the 1st row of dots out of center where I see a ring of happy dancers with their arms raised high :-) I need to try some of this because my brush work is TERRIBLE. I just looked… I see the dancers. I saw a cast of actors at a play taking their final bow with hands joined 🤗LOL it’s fun finding pics. I also saw a Chinese dragon at one point towards the outside row where that teardrop is his tongue 😂😂😂
