I would say no! You need to make sure you haven’t set your foundation with any powder and it should be okay :)

This may seem like a weird question but could someone give me the dimensions of the blush pan refill? I have besame and Estee Lauder compacts and I think that this would fit in them. They both seem to be the same weight ounces and I bet you their package by the same manufacturer. Thanks!
