I agree my theory is When Luisa joined them on the roof when she came through the trap door she couldn’t have floated up so when she sadly pushed Rose how did she end up on the tail of the statue. That doesn’t make sense but if she landed on a ledge or stairs where Luisa climbed up and that was an imposter rose that would make sense. And did anyone notice when she pushed rose she was on her back and when she landed on the tail it was face first. So I believe Rose it still alive. I also really hope she is Luisa betrayed Rose even though Rose was so loyal to her.

I was literally rooting for yes I know a toxic relationship but they were awesome whenever they appeared on screen together!
