For sauce rosee the french way we also use milk to make a bechamel sauce;) then add tomato sauce! No cream needed

Could always make the chilli oil first, then pan fry the prawns and take them out before you add the milk and pasta :)

Pasta and noodles are pretty similar - in fact pasta was inspired by noodles. Rose (traditionally known as bandung) noodles has been pretty common in my area for centuries, maybe even before the Italians came up with pasta :)
