If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. My three year old daughter asks to listen to this every single night when I put her to bed. We lay together and listen to the beautiful music and the peaceful rain. She has never been able to stay awake long enough to hear the music after 5 minutes. It knocks her out every single time. Whenever she gets a boo boo or gets really upset about something she always asks to listen to it and falls peacefully asleep in my arms.
