I’m with you on the coffee every morning, I’m totally grumpy without my one cup a day. I’ve been meaning to get one of those froth things for a while. Some suggestions for helping you drink more water: lemons, limes, cucumber, or ginger. You can buy a fruit diffuser cup and put strawberries and blueberries in it if that helps. Water is so important so I hope you find what works for you. Oh my goodness, dinner looked yummy!! You earned a night cap drink😉

The frother is a game changer for coffee!! And ugh, I need to try infusing it fruit - I’ve tried everything with no luck! So maybe that will help🥺 and ugh, girl It was delicious!!! I made it with chicken instead of salmon the other night and OMG it was even better!🤤😩

When I tell you that was the BEST meal I’ve cooked in a while… girl. It was everything! And with chicken?!! I tried that too and it was *chefs kiss* 🤌🏾👩🏾‍🍳😚♥️

The oatmeal looked nice! Sometimes I make this in the morning: oats, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter and frozen raspberries. Put everything in a bowl and microwave on high for about a minute and a half. It'll keep me going all morning.
