Fun fact: The parthenon was used as a fortress by the othomans during the greek revolution. The othomans eventually ran out of ammo and they started dismantling the parthenon to make bullets out the metal inside the pillars. The greek army after noticing this sent them free ammo to prevent them from destroying the whole thing

Wow! Only three days in Greece? I was born there and cannot go back for less than three weeks. There's so much to see and the best way to experience it is to hit the road and visit the small towns and beautiful coastline. The Islands (especially Santorini) are spectacular and the sunsets are among the most beautiful in the world. The pace will really slow you down after a couple of weeks and you'll enter a whole new mode of relaxation as you linger. Great video!

Really good. You did a lot of things in 3 days. I am from Greece and all of these sites are so common to us that we don't give them the attention they deserve. Nice to see that some ppl appreciate them :)

I enjoyed your passion. I wasnt so hot on your portrayal of Athens tbh. You didn't show it in the best light but it still looked okay. Plaka and its surrounding neighborhoods have gorgeous places to visit so I was hoping you would show the more beautiful side of the city. *Here's a tip:* if you return to Athens visit the lake just south of the city (25 minute taxi ride from town) it's called *Lake Vouliagmeni* and is located in a neighbourhood called Vouliagmeni. It's very pretty and relaxing there. Keep up tthe great work!!

This was a really good 3-day schedule! I wish you have more time next time you visit Greece; there are so many more places to see. But, you were so informed! You even knew about us making jam out of bitter oranges - you should definitely try some next time! And your pronunciation was so good! Thank you very much for all your positive remarks!! I'm happy you and your father had a nice time here! Hope you are well and visit us again :)

I am from Crete witch is an island in Greece and before some weeks I went to Athens with my school and now that I see the video I say to myself "I went there" or "hey I remember this place" and you feel good when you see something in the internet and you are like "I saw this at my trip" so I enjoy your video very much! Have a nice day, bye!

hey there! the orange looking trees you mentioned are citrus aurantium..here in greece we call them νεραντζιές (nerangies).actually we don't eat their fruit as fruit but we make from them traditional sweets .they're called compotes or κομπόστες(kompostes) in greek. :)

This is a lovely video! I'm really happy you enjoyed Greece. You visited some of the best places one can see here. Just a tiny bit if advice: next time you're in Athens, explore more and stay for a few more days. You'll see that the city itself has so much to offer.
