2 - In the moulting or graft, (usually wild or native rose, which normally do not give flowers, when roses are with few petals and has smaller leaves), it is the rose tree that will receive the graft. Make in the graft port a cut in the T-shaped shell.
3 - Gently open, fit the chipped gem of the desired rose in cut made.
4 - Seal with transparent tape, plastic film.
5 - Wait 60 to 70 days to heal.
6 - Remove the seal and wait for the graft bud to come out.
Cut a twig of rose with gem.
Chip the tip of the gem side in a bias cut of + or - 1 cm, a wedge type.
Chipping the back side about 2 cm from the yolk, which will be the inside of the graft. Cut leaving two cm above the yolk and the chipped piece (+ or - 6 cm long).
Clean a twig of the rose bush that you want to graft the yolk with the same thickness of the graft and make a side cut on the twig, open and fit the stem piece with the yolk out and tie with a transparent tape, plastic film or a strip clear plastic, leaving the yolk out.
As soon as it sprouts a rose of a different color from the original rosebush is born in that place.
With these tips it is possible to make grafts of roses by changing the color of a rose bush where a new type of rose has been grafted.
