@tristanharrison9830 I just made my second batch after almost three months of weekly use of the first batch. No need to refrigerate it. I keep mine in the bathroom cabinet. I also saved the rosemary+clove residue to use it as body scrub. It's too good of a stuff to throw away 😅. It smells so good. Have to figure out how to safely discard it after use, though, as it might clog the shower drain.

This is by far one of my most favorite hair butter recipes! WOW! I have afro-textured 3c/4a curls and my hair absolutely loves it! Instead of grapeseed oil I used pumpkin seed oil to help with shedding, otherwise , I followed the recipe. I knew this one would be a good one the moment I saw it and I was not disappointed. And it smells so wonderful! I use it for everything: pre-poo, hot oil treatment, sealant, scalp treatment, etc. Thank you for sharing! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

We made this, twice already, and I just love❤it. It makes your hair feels amazing. I've only been using it two weeks but already my hair isn't falling out so bad. I have bad health problems and I had beautiful long hair down to my shoulders and I'm 75 but have always prided myself in my hair, kept it up, always wore makeup and was told I looked 60 but due to a severe head injury a year ago things changed. My hair began to fall out no matter what I did nothing stopped it. I've lost a good 3 inches & people ask why I cut my hair. So we watched your video & I had a gut feeling about it so my sweet husband made me a batch and I'm so in love with the product he made another batch. It's too soon to tell if it will grow back yet but I do know very little is falling out now & my hair is beautiful & so shiny & healthy lookin again so thank you for this wonderful product & if you have any more advice for my problem please let me know.

@huskylovinmom9379 I’m glad this is working for you I will try it. Castor oil and rosemary are good for hair loss also aloe vera. I have lost hair on and off from thyroid disease, check your thyroid function. Also eating lots of healthy seeds, nuts, avocado, celery juicing and eating a plant based diet lots of omega oil. I also found intermittent fasting initially caused me hair loss but I haven’t given it up, it’s regrown as I also got a prescription for spironolactone which helps. Stress and menopause can greatly impact on hair loss.

@lovingmynation Жыл бұрын
@gritandgrace6425 sure. Get Aloe vera leaf. Cut it into 4 to 5 pieces. Put it in a blender, add about less than half of grape seed oil, blend until its nolonger chunky. Then you get a jar, and something to strain the oil. Personally I used a coffee filter, fix the filter over the top of the jar, tie something around it to hold it in place. Slowly pour mixture into filter, on top of jar until it starts to drip and drip. Keep doing it until full. Add a sprig of Rosemary, let it sit for about a week.

I watched this a few days ago. I was so excited to try it because it looked like so much fun to make. I ordered the ingredients and was able to take the time to make it, today. It WAS so much fun to make. I made a double batch, to give one away, so it took about twice as long in the refrigerator. It was a longer process than I imagined, but sometimes it’s nice to slow down and enjoy creating something. I didn’t want to waste any of the finished product (on the bowl, spoon, and blender), so I immediately put what would’ve been discarded in my hair. It smells heavenly. My toddler asked me multiple times to smell my hair and remarked, “you smell like a cookie.” The shea butter. I am so happy this video exists & I was actually able to follow through with making it. My hair has some extreme breakage from bleaching & heat styling. It’s two different lengths. I’m hoping this mask can help restore some health back to my scalp, so I can grow it out.

The Idea was amazing. #1 fresh herbs have water. Water and oil cause bacteria without a preservative. Solution-add germall,germaben or optiphen plus as a preservative depending on the ph of the product or just dry it out in a oven or sit out for 2 days in the sun. #2 for that amount of butter you made that was a bit much cloves as they can be drying. I would cut down to 1 spoon. Cloves are super powerful and it doesnt take a lot. They are powerful. Great video

Yes, cloves are wonderful. A small bottle of cloves poured into a small saucepan of simmering water. Let simmer about 15 minutes and strain. Cool completely. Excellent mouthwash. A natural antibacterial product that doesn't cost the earth! And, it's naturally astringent and makes your mouth feel so clean after brushing.

Take it from someone who had to do PRP on my scalp because I had no blood circulation going to my scalp for hair growth so no matter what I did nothing would work on my hair. Due was due to post-partum hair shedding x 3, COVID-19, and STRESS!!! So after my Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, my mom made the hair spray, of fresh Rosemary, Sage, and Cloves with Essential Oils, for daily treatment and my scalp has so much new growth that I can barely see my scalp when I part my hair. These natural ingredients work 💯. Wonderful video and thanks for sharing!

How come the green rosemary sprigs turned dark brown and so loose after the grinder?? It should still be green or dark green and sticky?!?
@furahayamoyo919310 ай бұрын
I was thinking the same. Also it came out dry and fresh rosemary isn't dry.

I just blended fresh rosemary leaves in my grinder. It changes colour during the grinding process.

The more you cut fresh herbs the more it “bruises.” Try it and you will see.

Still wondering how colour of leaves changed from green to brown after grinding
@Maggiemae01 Жыл бұрын
The roots and stems are dark and contain much darker pigment and resin. If you mixed dark green with brown paint, you'd get dark brown.

If you leave out the Shea butter, because of the cloves it may color your hair brown as well. Probably could even add espresso.
