She’s one of my favorite wrestlers of any promotion. So glad we got to see behind the eyes of Rosemary. I don't know if its acceptable to say this but I always saw it as Daffney started something a while ago, and Rosemary carried it across the finish line. She got to a level that I always wanted her to go to. Beyond that however, as an individual, Rosemary has helped carry Impact Wrestling by connecting to the fans deeply. I think that is very rare for a wrestler, more so a female wrestler. And to see her at the live events is something special as well. I think that memory will stick with fans.

I always loved Rosemary since I saw her back in Shimmer starting in 2010! Watching her and many other ladies from that period in time inspired me in many ways to starting my weight loss journey in 2015 (going from gaining 300+lbs after high school due to bullying now to losing over 250lbs lost now with no surgery) to getting into wrestling at 36 years old back in 2018, to many more things over the years. Watching you go from Coutney to Rosemary & watching the Rosemary + Bunny DVD and all those story lines, just amazing! From one Canadian to another, keep at it Rosemary, you are amazing and inspiring so many other women out there. Keep doing what you are doing! 💯🐾🤩🤘

This was a great story and I hope it gets a lot of views. Rosemary really touches on the loneliness of uncertainty and how depression just destroys the mind and body. I am glad she found both the mental and physical strength to come back and perform again. This should really be shown to anyone even considering going into professional wrestling. My wish would be that we never have an issue like what happened with the former knock out Daphne ever again. If its not already a policy, I really think the promotors of at least the televised companies should have mandatory mental health check ups in addition to the physical check ups especially during a recovery period to protect both the talent and the brand as a whole.

I really appreciate everything that rosemary has done for this business that I have been a fan of since I was 4 years old now at age 30 with 3 kids of my own who still struggling with mental health issues I can say that asking for help was the best decision I ever made and it's improved my relationship with my kids and wife and I hope to one day meet her in person and tell her face to face that not only has been my favorite female wrestler for almost a decade, but looking at this reminded me so much of myself and reminded me it's okay to ask for help.
@BillR-nb6zm
@BillR-nb6zm Жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing Javon. I wanted to say that I agree asking for help is KEY. But not just in 'grand gesture' ways... reach out to ANYTHING that helps if you are struggling (and ya know what people? We ALL are!)! Things I use: put on a favorite song, think about a favorite story, look at a picture of someone I love smiling... easy stuff that gives you a break, snaps you out of that mindset. And for those suffering in silence? Remember too, asking for help doesn't need to be a grand gesture or new life plan/tearful confessional! Sometimes to be helpful it is as simple as "Dude, had such a rough day today! I just need to hear someone laugh rn, got five minutes to talk about nothing realted to the things going on in my life?" Amazing what 'clearing your head' for those five minutes can do for you, allowing it to build up and weigh you down makes getting help/reaching out/seeing your way through harder and harder and that's when we lose people... it's a daily journey, wins and losses, but every bit of positivity helps.

Thank you for putting this video together! I went on a roller coaster of emotions watching this video. It's easy to forget how much of a mental and physical toll wrestling takes on a person when you are just watching it for entertainment. However, it is also great to be able to support the wrestlers in the fulfillment of their creative needs and artistic expression. It's a balance and you just hope that you and the wrestlers strike it the best you can. Rosemary is a really special wrestler and it comes across in all aspects of her character. You can see those elements even when she is speaking in the video. Great to hear from her and a number of the other wrestlers in this video. It gives me new appreciation for the highs and lows of the profession.

As a US Military veteran who was injured and told I could no longer fight, all I ever wanted to be since I was 7 in 1989 was a member of the armed forces and to support and defend freedom and democracy and when I was injured in a car wreck (a woman ran a red light and Tboned me at 65mph the corner was blind and I couldn't see her till it was to late} I had to rehab my left leg for a Year and it ultimately cost me my service career. I was and still am in that place at times and can completely understand the depression and the Voice telling you to give up. But we push on. You are not alone WE are all in this with you. You have been since you debuted in my top 5 all time in the company of the likes of Sting Flair Austin and Taker. I've watched all of the DemonBunny videos every interview I can find and almost ever match you have had that I can find video of. This is an incredible documentary. So refreshing, different and more positive than all the other pro wrestling documentaries that are out there. Please make more!

A perfectly produced piece!!! Excellent work! To Rosemary, and the body she dwells in. A truly fantastic wrestler, entertainer, creator, person. When character creation is mentioned in wrestling, Rosemary needs to be in the top 5. Hail her work, hail her talent, hail her guts to do something different!! Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

There IS no character like Rosemary... there is a Top One list IMHO and it contains Rosemary's body of work only, a character w/o peer. Yes, people have played great heels, great faces, become great storytellers, great on the mic (like Rock's legendary promo runs) but that's charisma and delivery not a multi-layered character study with years of backstory and depth that is ready to go every time you see her. There is but one Rosemary, and when she is gone we'll never see her equal.
