Thank you for your honesty. I have been a breeder of health tested Boer goats for close to two decades now. This interview resonated with me because you have a small plot of land and must buy in your feed. Every penny earned goes into the farm. Most small scale goat farmers have to have an outside source of income. It is a lifestyle, not a money maker for most of us. The hatred among breeders in my country is palpable. there is no collaboration. There seem to be cliques who do their best to bad mouth other breeders. Marketing is the hardest part about goat farming next to disease management. Your goats look very well cared for. I wish you much success.
