Hey Rams, looking sharp fella ,condolences to the Mateu family sad tidings yet again for perfume lovers. Think his latest No.7 is being well received ,kinda wanna try No.5 always paid attention when it came up in vids.but for now I’ve only sniffed old Quorum and antheus years back .watched Rich’s latest vid he did superbly on 3 Fredrick Malles off the den of evil auction well played Rich. Just a thought on all the recalls and destruction of the fragrances due to the dangerous ingredient???are we mad scrambling to buy dangerous goods ???hmm don’t think so ,but I digress , I guess companies have to recoup there losses and naturally who payed the the price,the perfume lover of course, watch the space .cheers R.smell ya later 🙏✌️

My mind immediately jumps to Sport de Paco Rabanne (great shoutout), and Herrera for men. Would be great to have a yellow polka-dot-boxed bottle of the latter, but they're hard to find for a decent price. My friend's dad actually had a bottle in his bathroom in the mid 90s, just like my dad had Polo. We would both cop sprays from our respective fathers during school dances so I remember the scent well. 😄 The newest version doesn't quite have the clove-tobacco hit the old one did. Big fan of Quorum in its original form and the current aftershave. A great vid Ramsey.🐏

Looking sharp Buddy! Not sure if you know but Fragrantica lists Rosendo as one of the noses for Paco Rabanne La Nuit along with Adrien Guichard. Basenotes and Parfumo just lost Guichard. If you believe Fragrantica then you do indeed own another one.

Hi Ramsey! Great video! That reformulation point could be talked about for a while… it’s so difficult that the perfumer (or team of perfumers) has no ownership, copyright, claim of any kind, etc. that would at the very least allow them to be consulted for a reformulation, etc. Looking sharp in the suit!

You’ll like it I think (he talks about how the formula “belongs” to the perfumer until the exact point s/he shares it with someone in the “house” (like a client, then it transfers ownership to the business). I liked the Sybaris - I bought it back in the early 90's as a Marshall's store buy - but I could never find it again....I recently bought Agua Brava and I really like its strong 70's qualities

Here in Spain we have a very cheap/affordable creation of Rosendo ... Puig's Springfield .... very sure you will love it ... 13€ for 200ml of pure freshness

Just FYI Ramsey, your bottle is a 2003-2010 version(the listed measurements below the name is the tell.) This is known as version 2 and doesn’t have as much oak moss and no castoreum. Being you are a fan of Castoreum I thought you would want to know.

Great commemoration, I never realized he did other than his own line. Quorum and Herrera for men I wore late 80's early 90's, but they had a lot to contend with and subsequently dropped by the wayside. Herrera for men I particularly enjoyed, I remember it being a 2 bottle purchase over quite a length of time. I now have a vintage Quorum and I must try to find a Herrera again. Should have titled this Ramsey Respects! Have done another viewing of your top 100, it gets better 2nd time around.... even though I know the ending,!
