When I was younger my sister and me kept listening to one of your older albums (Keep a Private Room Behind the Shop). My favorite song has always been Lights Are on but Nobody's Home. Growing up, I've lost track of many artists and their music. Recently I've tried to bond back with them and stumbled upon this album. I didn't recognise the song right away. When I did, this new version woke so many happy childhood memories I just started crying tears of joy on the bus I was taking home. There's this happy nostalgia that's always present in your music. It touches me right to the heart. Thank you so much.

Been sleeping to this album for 2 years. I sleep to songs that are calming, but that I know the words to. Reciting the words in my head stops anxious thoughts creeping in, which used to spiral into panic attacks that took too many of my nights. Thank you for the songs that we dance to, laugh about, and bop to, but also for these songs which bring peace and rest.

At first I was fascinated by the sweet melody and interesting lyrics. Then I was fascinated by the peaceful nature and love-filled video. I can smell freshly baked cookies in your song. I also can hear the laughter of little kids even though there's no laughter in your song. And most of all, as a Korean, your song tastes like Samgyetang. Dear Tom, and everyone involved in making such amazing music videos: Today I listened to your music whilst in the tube, in Oslo. I've always seen it as such a sombre place, where everyone sees one another as yet another dodgy person. But today, as I sat there listening to 'Lights are on' all of that changed. The angry faces on people, no longer seemed angry, but sad. And there was some beauty to that sadness. I noticed I began to smile, and it all just seemed like straight out of one of your amazing music videos.
