thank you for this video. i love jewish culture and diverse jewish cuisine as you do. i will put some of these ideas on my rosh hashana menu which i am planning for. i have a huge amount of spices and variety. i wish that i could share them with your viewers. ( i do share them with my wonderful non- jewish friends. they send me roshashana greeting cards). i have had sephardi and mizrahi home cooking. i love it! now i am alone with my ( great) cat. i cut recipe amounts. my challoat will be small. a cherished memory is making my own small challah when i was a child. with my grandmother. a grandmother is a precious person in a child's life. i have a slide of us cooking together. i feel motivated to pull out the slide projector and view it. i will also look at my slides of morocco ( where i went numerous times). it is heart- breaking to see the catastrophe there. i was received warmly by both moroccan jews and moroccan muslims. in the 1960 earthquake in morocco 1500 jews died. all jews from the atlas mountains left or they would have been among the casualties from this earthquake. praying for healing for moroccans and the world. " l' shana tova tikatevu" to all. may you be inscribed for a good year.

I love your challot. I'm planning a vegan chickpea tagine with cous cous and salad and will hopefully get time to bake cakes and challah. It's just me for next friday night as husband going to an author thing so I can make all my favourites. L'Shana Tovah tikatevu
