As someone who recently started doing a bit of acrobatics I can't tell enough how awesome some of the moves in this video are. It really requires a lot of psychological and mental strength and a certain amount of fear-resistance to do some of the flips (mainly those going backwards, front flips are a bit easier psychologically)
