Bob Simpsons coaching of Australia after Lillee, Marsh, Chappell etc all retired took a young team that were rank underdogs to win the CWC, and forged the team that would come to dominate in the 90's. He was hard but fair. Wouldn't last a series with the current lot of divas.

Bob is one of the great legends of Australian cricket and Test cricket as a whole. I’d put him up there as one of cricket’s great leaders alongside blokes like Mike Brearly
