よく勘違いされるけど、ロシアの凍結資産の元本は使ってないよ。運用して出た利益を活用してるだけ。そもそも侵略しなければ凍結しないが。永世中立国のスイスが資産凍結に踏み切ってるのだからアメリカとか関係なくロシアはやっちまってるよ。
