These vegetarian dishes are perfect. Aaloo gobi, palak daal, patta gobi mattar.. these dishes are my favorite. I am a vegan and I like to eat these type of veg foods. Roshni is a good cook and I like this vedio. Her homemade food are really awesome!❤❤❤❤❤

Never drain palak after boiling cause all the vitamins & goodness will be drain out also.Use less water water for boiling palak so you don't have to drain extra water.

I was fed up of eating other type of food at homes for the past several years and fed up of eating food in all types of restaurants-Indian-pakistani-Moroccon-Lebanese-Saudi-Iranian-Yemeni-Chinese-Indonesian-Malaysian-i reached saturation level of developing a dish ke of food-what is there to eat as i have tried all types of food-i am alone as my wife has gone to live with my daughter in London- Then i saw your recipe in youtube-simple and less time to cook-so i am going to the market and buy Karela and try your recipe-i dont like to wash meat-chicken-kheema by myself but if someone cleans i can cook-i will try all your recipes as it will not only feed me but also drive away my loneliness- i will play the old Hindi songs and start cooking. Thank yoy
