Segdalu…it is a famous street snack of our Berhampur. It is crisp from outside and soft from inside…also called as khadu, bala or khadialu. This segdalu recipe I learnt from my badi jethani…so this yummy recipe is dedicated to her. Its our family favourite recipe specially my husband and my niece favourite. Before also I have uploaded segdalu recipe using riceflour, sooji or with my mom method using steam process, so this time I am doing with riceflour only. So lets get started
