'Since becoming a mother and entering into my thirties, I'm certainly more aware of the things that bring joy in a much more meaningful way,' Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tells us in the latest episode of Beauty Truths.
From feeling stressed throughout lockdown, to dealing with being in the public eye and managing her adult acne, the Rose Inc. founder isn't afraid to open up about her anxieties.
When it comes to pregnancy and being a new mum, Huntington-Whiteley is as admirably honest. 'For me there was so much anxiety and nerves around having a baby... I just didn't feel comfortable talking about something that was happening so rapidly to me,' she says.

Good morning, great topic, I read an article today that you follow a protein diet.I was impressed, I also follow and I don't consume alcohol at all (rarely) and I consume almond milk, without sugar, preservatives and gluten (only from meat) I didn't expect there to be people with such a diet. thank you💙

I wish I could get her Rose" Inc " products , at our small city Sephora. I love her soothing voice haha so does my elderly cat so relaxed ,her wee head in my other palm!!!
