An amazing treatment which is not abrasive is hydro facial, really make a difference to balance the skin. Chemical peels are nice to but you need to do several to see result same as microneedeling. Laser CO2 fractional great also but it is the most abrasive I think, it is burning the skin. A beauty product how is excellent is the Drunk Elephant retinol cream, some people don’t handle it but if you can highly recommended. xx

No please don’t stop these magical videos. I buy Bioderma, La Roche Posey, lots of different body scrubs. Cotton squares as well as Japanese silk or cotton extra thin squares to help with not waisting lots of precious toners, essence’s. I love getting silicon scrubbers from Amazon as it’s so much greener. Less rubbish being thrown away. The hair clips you were using I buy from Amazon. As well as those hair ties that are like a little bungee cord. Rosewater, witch hazel. Gosh I could waffle on for ages.

I was a dermatology nurse for 10 years. So I was able to see Botox, Fillers, microdermabrasion, etc. A good moisturizer and sunscreen are a daily MUST. Rosie you probably need to do a weekly protein treatment mask on your hair. Just until your hair gets stronger. Like a keratin protein treatment cause it sounds like you have moisture overload in your hair.
