"The Children's Doctor" with Dr. Lendon Smith (as seen at the end of this clip) aired weekdays at 2:55 PM (ET); it apparently was launched in the 1967-68 season, replacing the five-minute, Purex-sponsored "News with the Woman's Touch" which, since 1964, had been anchored by Marlene Sanders. The last I saw any reference to "The Children's Doctor" in TV listings was 1969.
