1 lug gjalp
Mish pule
I skuqim
200 ml leng domate te grir
Lengun e domates e skuqim me pulen per nje shije me te vecant
Hedhim 1,5 litra uji dhe i vendosim te zjejne nderkoh pergatisim brumin
10 lug miell dhe 2 kokrra veze
E bejme ne therrime te vogla dhe e skuqim me pas e hedhim te zjeje sebashku me mishin per 20 minuta
