I like the way some of them keep their stock frame while having the tube chassis welded to it.

I've gotta ask why do so many of these trucks have the cabs up so hi but then have all the bar work underneath that restricts the clearance? Seems to me that it defeats the purpose?
@Buddy7134 жыл бұрын
4 link bars and cradle. There not really getting hung up on them. The axles to ground clearance is still the lowest point like every single other truck.
@mechanic74304 жыл бұрын
My point being you could have the truck at half the height and double the tyre size and be way more capable off road.
@Buddy7134 жыл бұрын
Are you taking into consideration the 16-20 of tire travel? There’s no way around it unless your on leaf springs. Because at half the height you couldnt fit the tires that were on it.
@mechanic74304 жыл бұрын
Articulation is important I agree but most of the trucks in this vid could've benefited from way bigger tyres instead of the 40 inch lift😎

The trucks have come along way since I was puttin videos on here , maybe I need to get back into it. Give ya 2 thumbs up 👍👍

This is a good video but if they remove the other sunken trucks out the way people could make better runs it's too many trucks out there

@Buddy7134 жыл бұрын
I think you’re off. The ford had the engine lowered and centered better than any one in the video.
