@Steven_1773 -Technically you'd still need 200 pulls to secure just a single pity and it can take you up to two months in order to hoard that many pulls but- yes, Blue Archive is a pretty chill game.

I got spooked out of gacha when I did the math behind how much one(1) ten pull on Genshin cost. I don't understand how anyone can afford to play these games it's terrifying. For the price of 40 Genshin pulls, I could get a physical statue of the girl I'm pulling for. It's absolutely mental.

I was an OG player and player for a year and a half without spending anything and thanks not even what made me quit. The FOMO and amount of time it would take daily to do the same thing over and over all of this not to get any interesting ressources. I grinded almost daily for two months to just get something _decent_ ! What a nightmare of a gameloop

I never pay real money in gacha but funny story, there was ONE time I was trying to spend for ONE game for ONCE (it was for PGR, for one of the RC skins--I think it was Kamui's Spectral Parade because I like that skin and Kamui a normal amount, and I want to support the devs bc they're p great) and my payment method literally won't let me pay because of an error, so I basically got rejected from my first and only attempt to whale lemao

At some point I stop playing for fun and just to collect the daily freebies so I can do another free roll... Once it hit that compulsive habit level I drop the games entirely. I'd be skipping story dialogue to get to the rewards.

The only Gacha I've ever played is Azur Lane but I never spent money to get a certain shipgirl, "If I get her, I get her, if I don't, I don't, better luck next time." That's all there is. The only reason i spent money would be to get the dock space.

Gacha games are pretty rough yeah. I still have fun with some gacha games, even if they sometimes feel super grindy or I dont get what I want, I really appreciate the stories. Still, I kinda prefer staying f2p, unless I am guaranteed something if I used money, an example being those Guaranteed SSR banners for FGO, because you know for sure you'll atleast get something, other than that... Nah, not worth it.
