I've noticed something eatching the last three episodes on here. Despite Michael saying he would risk everything to save maria too, he really doesn't. For three episodes she's in a coma and in danger but he's doing everything else. First trying to find kyle, then find the sword, then goes to rescue Max. Michael showed concern but didn't really do anything to help

You are wrong. He is not able to save Maria. That is Liz and Kyle's specialty in this case. And Kyle is still missing. He helped them get Maria out of the hospital so Liz can do her science stuff. Since he has done all he can for Maria, he is now focusing on Max. Alex was being held hostage and Michael was the one they came to because he could do the science. This is absolutely a team effort and they are all using their specialty to save their friends.

@@lorrainetrotter4737 he's still not caring as much as he acted like he would. My point exactly. With Alex he reacts completely differently. He's far too calm in the situation and put together, far different than he tried to say he would act. And Alex was kidnapped to leverage Michael into doing the science. And my point again, with Alex in danger he's not calm. He's freaking out and angry doing what ever he can to save and help him three times. With Maria he shows concern and will leaned a helping hand but he does not react the same.

@@DANI_2002_ I guess we just see it differently. The circumstances are also different, imo. But it is ok if we don't see it exactly the same. I should not have said you were wrong above, though. I just should have said I don't agree. Because at the tower he fought with Alex over him not helping with Maria and Kyle. And he is still upset at the start of this episode and doesn't want Alex to help him find Jones. So, I just see more layers. For one, Michael is just calmer at this point. Another year has passed. But thanks for the feedback on my feedback.

@@DANI_2002_ , the fact that this is a fictional story aside, it seems perfectly reasonable that Michael loses his mind when it's about Alex because he's in love with Alex.

@@JessBlake2 I'm well aware. That's my point. Michael looses his mind over Alex being in danger because he's in love with Alex. He doesn't when it comes Maria because he never ever saw her like that. She was always just a friend. Michael said he would react the same but he doesn't at all
