Thanks for sharing. Who installed your windows/ that looks like a stress crack on the frame. Installers should have a 1-year warranty in most states. I'd also call the local dealer where those were purchased to have them take a look at it. Really hard to tell based on your video. We use these windows all the time without any issue, so it could have been an installation or delivery issue.
