The spindle sander I'm using had a few inconveniences. The height of the insert plate did not match the surface, making it difficult to sand the wood. Also, the iron surface was heavy and good, but its small size made it inconvenient when sanding large pieces of wood. To solve these problems, I removed only the motor part of the spindle sander I was using and remade the surface plate in a larger size. What's unique is that they created a rotating plate without the need for an insert plate, making it possible to use all six types of round sandpaper. Magnets were installed up and down so that it can rotate and stay in place. Therefore, the spindle is placed in the correct position. The dust collection performance is also very good, so I can use the spindle sander without worrying about dust. I think you will see it often in my videos in the future. If you enjoyed the video, please subscribe and like. Thank you!

Thank you very much for your deep interest in my workshop. Actually, my workshop is not that big. So, I am still thinking of various ways to increase the density. I will try to make a workshop tour video soon.

Yes. You are right. Rationally, I was thinking that too. But before I knew it, I was surprised to see myself disassembling the product. Having a DIYer's heart can be very tiring. But I'm still happy. thank you!

Это двигатель на 220В. Я оторвал его от готовой шпиндельной шлифовальной машины. Спасибо! This is a motor for 220V. I ripped it off a ready-made spindle sander. thank you!

kzbin.info/www/bejne/f2mYmqSAqtWopNU In this timeline, I'm curious as to why the FDFN male insert spring wasn't used to adapt the MDFN female insert spring on the base. A direct plug would take up space, and there are actually FLDNY L-type female insert springs. Should be safer and more aesthetically pleasing than direct soldering. Also the wires are stripped too long, I would fold them into a U shape ^_^. The translation may be wrong, I don't know how English describes this kind of cold connection terminals.
