rotating mask transition | after effects tutorial

can you please do a tutorial on how to do this circle mask rotation, but in the background there is the same video/picture doing a split transition, then it does the same but coming out in the second clip, I know I'm bad at explaining, but thank you!

I have a problem, when I click inverted nothing happened, my screen shows a black background and the shape like it does not show the scenes

try and instead change where it says "Add" to "Subtract" and don't check Inverted

I have a problem after I have inverted the mask on the clip there is a black outline showing around my mask

umm, try setting the quality to full or export it and see if it's still happening? sometimes quarter resolution creates these lines. if the problem's still there try redoing it step by step or dming me on instagram :)
