since some of you asked about clock-wise rotation, and I was interested in the topic as well: note that a clock-wise rotation of 90 degrees is the same with a counter-clockwise rotation of 270 degrees, and a clockwise rotation of 270 degrees is the same with a counter-clockwise of 90 degrees. A clockwise rotation of 180 degrees is identical with a counterclockwise rotation of 180 degrees. So we can obtain the rules for clockwise from the rules for counterclockwise presented in this video.

You have to find out what the degree is counterclockwise. There are 360 degrees in a circle. So 90 degrees clockwise is the same thing as 270 counterclockwise (360 minus 90 = 270). You will then use the 270 degree rule.
