I would love to see a full body foam rolling and stretch routine. Or even separate it to upper and lower. You are literally the only person I trust on KZbin 😇

I love my Thera-cane! I've been using it for years. When people see it, they are so confused. But then I show them the self-massage for their shoulders and they are amazed! Thank you for all of your amazing videos, you changed my life with your shoulder and hip mobility suggestions!

Matt from Red Delta Project often talks about how your upper body strength is dependent on your scapular stability.

Thanks for sharing these guys! It’s been good to round out the information I have on dealing with shoulder impingement. I haven’t seen some of these before now. I’ve had frozen shoulder and then I had surgery for impingement on my right shoulder about 3.5 years ago and good therapy. I was doing great until I started bench pressing and got both shoulders really inflamed. I can’t seem to calm them down. My hands have even been tingling and I can’t sleep well. I’m feeling like I am back to square one. But I think a few of these exercises might help. We’ll see.

Have you been tested for thoracic outlet syndrome? I’d see a good chiropractor.

The head of my left humerus has been forced forward for about two years. It will not move back into where it should be. A lot of stuff plays into it, even the fascia running across the front of my chest stays locked tight & pulls everything forward when it’s not the pec minor. I’ve worked with multiple PT’s & they can’t seem to help. It’s one of the many issues I have been experiencing but it seems to exacerbate everything else. I can’t reach to my head anymore due to that so I haven’t been able to shower for almost a year. It’s really frustrating. Scanning through KZbin for help, hoping maybe something will help me glean more of what’s going on.

Sorry but if you follow these advice you might be in a trouble. All people are different one individual could have his upper traps weak and not inhibitat in shoulder flexion and this could lead to inpigment. First of all you have to have an evaluation and see how your shoulder blade aka scapula is sitting superior angle at superior t2 vertebra inferior angle at t7 acromion end at t1 and medial border about 3 inch from vertebra, in 15 ~degrees upword rotation. So you could end up in alot of inpairments for example: scapula abduction strengtening your rotator cuff could lead to more pain and disfunction.

Great video, but could have been recorded better. Maybe wear a white shirt for better contrast.

Wow... this information has been outdated for 15 years. The "pinched" supraspinatus hypothesis has little to no evidence to back it up. Also, a lot of already debunked info in this video... do better
