Four muscles in our shoulder support the shoulder bone. These muscles are more like tendons, and when there is an injury to these tendons, then this injury is a shoulder joint
What does rotator cuff injury feel?
💡Pain, One may have pain as soon as the damage happens, or it could commence gradually.
💡Nights are worse as there is no movement in the shoulder; hence it becomes rigid.
💡 Limit routine activities like a comb or taking our hands to back.
Muscle weakness and fatigue are widespread symptoms of rotator cuff shoulder injury.
Types of rotator cuff injury :

👉🏻Chronic
Who is at more risk?
💡People at age greater than 40
💡Sportsperson
💡Smokers
💡It might turn into minor tendonitis if left untreated for a more extended period.
