Your engine has a lot of restrictions on it! Rotax is used in 4 different kartclasses. Your engine is set for the cadett class. Change exhaust flange and remove the restriction in the intake 👍

Definitely not running right still. Maybe bad clutch. I had one and it would spin tires even at 40mph. I think these are supposed to rev out to about 14-15k? Correct me if I’m wrong. That thing should be ripping like a cr125 would.

One of the fittings off the carb might be for oil injection. The other possibly overflow. Edit Ps: I’m diggin the channel new sub here.

If that’s a ROTAX 122 it should be going way faster it’s the same engine as the Aprilia RS125s I have one with a rotax 122 engine and it goes 80mph stock

Find out the clearances.Figure out how much you're over or under. Place in appropriate shim. Theyre labeled.

That’s not a rotax max, thats a mini max. a senior max goes 87, and the mini max goes around 67 mph. Just to clarify because I am a go karter my self
